I have concerns about the real utility of this entire program considering the setting up of a new ministry, IMF conditionalities, adminitsrative costs, political victimization, offsetting inflation or not..nonetheless I have put the summary here so that you can see how I distributed my forms and what has been returned and sent by me to govt so that mustaehqin can get Rs 1000 per month. Conceptually we dont need to make a nation of beggars. Subsidizing essentials would have been a saner option

Rs 5 million for water supply schemes in Northern Areas to be distributed in 7 districts equally

Rs 4 million for water supply schemes in districts of Punjab

Rs 1 million in Sakro – Thatta – electricity scheme
