I beg to move that the business of the House dow now adjourn to discuss an Adjournment Motion of urgent public importance of recent occurence namelyPakistan and Afghanistan signed a memorandum of understanding to begin talks on a transit trade agreement which will ultimatelyallow India to use the Wagah-Khyber route for trade with Kabul.

PMLN biggest usurper of PML’s mandate: Marvi
PMLN biggest usurper of PML mandate:
1. Violating clause 21 of COD: We will respect mandate of
representative governments that accepts the due role of the opposition
and declare neither shall undermine each other through extra
constitutional ways
2. Lotacracy, forward bloc, Changa manga politics encouraged. Niyaat
not changed since 1988, same bad traditions.
3. All those going mostly new PML Q members who were never under Nawaz
Sharif leadership earlier
4. If the PMLQ forward bloc members wish to join N they should resign
from PML, join N and then get fresh mandate through fresh elections
5. Issues within forward bloc leadership emerging since all about
power politics. Nobody concerned with people’s issues
6. Political victimization in Punjab over PMLN reached new heights.
7. PML N not a great keeper of promises either. Broke promise with JI
Qazi of going in for elections.
8. Un-parliamentary language used by PMLN against PPP and now against
PML. We will not accept disrespect of our 8 million voters.
9. PML will survive onslaught and maintain independent identity. We
will get our people back. Amir Cheema coming back.
Coalition govt biggest violator of Charter of Democracy:
1. 1973 Constitution not restored. Constitutional packages not discussed.
2. Appointments of governors, 3 service chiefs and CJCSC not made by PM
3. Federal Constitutional Court not setup.
4. Concurrent list not abolished despite one year promise.
5. Minorities not given representation in Senate.
6. FATA not included in NWFP.
7. Northern Area special status not given.
8. Truth and Reconciliation Commission not established.
Pakistan not protected:
1. PML N leadership and government both welcomed Afpak policy of Obama
without realizing how it has targeted Pakistan for being AlQaida base.
2. US expectation of joint operation unreasonable and govt responsible
for such expectations.
3. US treatment of India versus Pak heavily biased. Govt responsible
for this failure. Hollbrooke statement that he did not come here to
ask India to do anything. “We did not come here with any requests. We
came to inform and consult with Indian officials”. We demand Afpakin
approach.
White paper:
1. Only salvation of govt is to come up with a fix list to the White
Paper immediately rather than making excuses of misgovernance.
