An MNA cannot single handedly fulfill their responsibilities. A good research team and staff is critical for our productivity. I have the pleasure of having two wonderful young Masters Graduates from the Fatimah Jinnah University as my parliamentary aides. They have been working tirelessly since May 1 2008 to assist me with my parliamentary duties in the office that I have set up.
I hope that eventually I will be able to build a larger team and have an office staff on the lines of US Congress staff. I would like to hire more young motivated patriots who can assist us with serving Pakistan. I would also consider it my duty to help build their capacities and train them extensively so that one day they can be better MNAs than us. Consider this one of our humble investments in the youth of Pakistan… I present to you Ms Mehroz and Ms Nosheen…

Mehroz was part of team till December 2008 after which Nosheen has single handedly managed the brunt of the workload-
Nosheen has now been promoted to Senior parlimanetary aide.
Summer 2009 for 6 weeks we were joined by Zainab and Hanzla as interns.
We also have 2 separate Sindh and Northern Area specialists who aide as occasionaly.
